My speciality, Carrot Cake, sold by the slice, is super-moist and made with whole flour, brown sugar and locally grown pecan nuts for extra flavour and goodness. Topped with cream cheese frosting, the cream cheese is locally made in Montagu. Slices are 12 cm long and approx 7 cm high.
